Condition Monitoring Sensor for Rotating Machinery
Key Component of Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
In accordance with the procurement and sale of marine motors and generators, we act as
domestic and international distributor for marine industry and sell condition monitoring
sensor systems that incorporate 3D measurement technology developed in the EU.
Conventional vibration sensors are unable to distinguish between vibrations from the
machine itself and adjacent machines, which can hinder accurate measurement. This
sensor combines the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) spectra from both the vibration sensor and the magnetic sensor to cancel out the effects of vibrations from surrounding equipment.
This combination provides very powerful characteristics, as magnetic signals are not
affected by surrounding equipment like vibration signals.
The terminal sensor's LED also issues an alarm if there is an abnormality in the equipment,
and detailed data can also be monitored on land.

About our company
Our company was founded in the early 1980s as Fukuno Ship Supplies, with our main customers of state- owned shipowners in Latin America. Initially, we were involved in the supply of marine equipment and parts, ship provision, ship repairs and trade with Latin American countries. However, as our procurement areas expanded and we found it necessary to provide services overseas, we changed our company name to Fukuno International Ltd. in 1988.
Since then, we have built up bases of operations across wide area through business alliances with partners in various countries, and offer wide variety of services. Now, we have alliances with overseas partners in over 50 countries, and serve as the service bases of Fukuno International Ltd.
